1. Theme Modifications

You are free to make any modifications to any of our themes to further customize them for your purposes.

You may not delete any of our credit links in the CSS files or header.php files {these links are not visible to regular visitors} or release any part of our themes under the GPL license.

• 1a. Theme Modifications for developers
  Developers may use our themes to build sites for their clients. You may not remove the credit links in the CSS files and you may not resell any of our themes under your own brand. All our themes are One Price, One License - so you can use the theme as a base on as many clients websites/blogs as you wish.

2. Unauthorized Use

Except for the use of creating a backup for yourself you may not share or distribute any of our themes by copying them onto a diskette, CD or any storage media.

3. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership of our themes. All of our themes are property and copyright of Weborithm, the parent company of FreshPress Themes.

Our themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

4. Refund Policy

Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable digital products we cannot issue you a refund for any of your purchases on this site. Please take the time to view our demos and online documentation before proceeding with a purchase.

5. Support

Support is provided free of charge to individual users on our forums. However, we do not offer support for installation, customization and administration of any blog publishing software or content management system.

  Developers are not offered any free support for customizing their themes for their clients. You may partake in our forums specially created for developers and engage in an exchange of ideas with other developers. FreshPress admin will only offer assistance to developers for pay. Details of which will be provided on a case by case basis per developer on the forums.

6. Policy and Price Changes

FreshPress Themes reserves the right to change, or add policies to, our terms and conditions and our prices without prior notice. You may bookmark this page for future reference should you be interested in keeping up to date with them.

7. Warranty

FreshPress Themes does not warranty or guarantee our themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components or web browsers. We do our best to test against the latest browsers for compatibility, any theme purchase you make implies that you have tested it to your satisfaction.
