: We mostly design themes for WordPress, a very robust blog publishing platform which can also be used as a content management system. We also design XHTML/CSS templates and themes for other content systems.

. Do you upgrade your themes?

: Yes. We periodically upgrade our themes to be up to date with the latest web developments. Rest assured if you have ever bought any of our themes you will receive free base upgrades for life.

. Can I resell, distribute or give away your themes?

: No. You may not resell, distribute or give away our themes, in parts or as a whole. Some of our themes come with developer licenses, please read the terms and conditions to adhere to them.

. Do you offer support with your themes?

: Yes. You can visit our forums to look for support on any issues you may be facing, or sign up and post your query - if it’s unique. We strive to offer support in the most time effective manner possible.

. How do you accept payment?

: We use PayPal to process our payments. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay us. If you are from a country that PayPal does not support please get in touch with us for an alternate payment solution.

. Can I reuse any of the stock images provided in your themes?

: No, due to licensing arrangements we cannot allow that. However you can look for stock images online at istockphoto.com or stockxpert.com.

. Are your themes easy to modify?

: We only advise you to modify our themes if you are a developer, or have some experience with basic web technologies. Most of our themes are built with ease of use in mind and are backed by a powerful backend administration system. So you are able to modify our themes to your hearts content from there. If you ever need help we have the forums set up specially for this purpose.

. Do you sell vacation packages with your themes?

: Sorry, at this point of time we only sell themes . We just happen to like the beach, hence our “Fresh” design.

. What is your refund policy?

: All of our themes have extensive documentation provided beforehand along with online demos. Please take the time to go over them.

Due to the nature of our product being irrevocable, as it is digitally delivered, we cannot issue you a refund.
